"Gracious excellence." There is no better way to describe the time that I spent with Ms. Diana. Her presence alone is all you need to remind you of the perfect example of a lady. Marilyn Monroe said it best when she said, "I don't mind living in a man's world as long as I can be a woman in it." There is so much power in the grace of a woman that it is a diservice to not use it. For years I have worked in corporate-male-dominated settings where I thought I had to be more like one of the boys, but I am finding that with every kind word, pleasant smile and gentle stride a world of opportunity reveals itself to me. Thank you so much Lady Diana (there must be something in the name!), for setting the example and the standard. I learned so many things that I have already incorporated into my everyday. I feel better prepared to work with individuals, groups and even crowds, and it's because of your guidance.
Being in the cosmetics industry one's image is key, but the ability to move to the next level will happen when the fundamentals of personality and grace are in place. I am already seeing the benefits of your class and have the egde that will take my business to new heights. It was a great class!
