First Impressions

How important is that First Impression?

First impressions are made within 3 seconds and one will never get a chance to make another first impression.  First Impressions are made with a glance, noticing your dress, watching your nonverbal communication, hearing your first words and noticing how you carry yourself.  It is most difficult if not impossible to recover from a bad First Impression!

In this competitive day, one must always ensure the First Impression is a positive one in the business and social worlds.  Possessing the right tools is key.  Knowing how you, your children and your staff can make that impression to be taken seriously, convey confidence and display that panache that puts one ahead of the competition in all settings is imperative.  These tools last a lifetime!

Upcoming Etiquette Events

Greetings,

Please check out the website for upcoming Etiquette classes and events!

A recent USA/Today parent poll asked the question:

Would you rather your children have:
1. Good Friends
2. Good Manners
3. Good Grades

And the parents responded!

1. Good Friends=39%
2. Good Manners=43%
3. Good Grades=18%

Good Manners definitely facilitate good grades and creating a circle of good friends due to respect and confidence built by knowing the right thing to do at the right time!

"Good Manners will open doors that the best education cannot."
